SELF-LEVELLING SLIDING-DOOR TECHNOLOGY

THE MOTHER
OF ALL ROLLERS.

A bold name. Engineering to match.

MOR is a configurable roller technology platform that shares the panel load across the wheels that are available to carry it.

BUILD A MOR CONFIGURATION

Start with the system.
Then shape the roller.

If your door system is known, its verified profile data can guide the available technology. Otherwise choose a custom or not-sure pathway, then compare the roller architecture and wheel direction.

THE ORIGINAL MOR IDEA

The old idea that
changed the roller.

A Roman arch survives by passing load through a chain of compression. MOR translated that load-sharing logic into a pressure-based, self-levelling roller architecture.

FROM STATIC LOAD TO CONTROLLED MOTION

What if every useful wheel could take part?

Rigid carriages can allow tolerances and track variation to concentrate the panel load onto only some wheels. MOR responds under load so the available wheels can stay engaged and share the work.

The project began as an engineering dare. The codename stayed because, once the mechanism worked, no smaller name felt honest.

  1. 01Panel load enters

The door mass acts through the roller carriage.

  2. 02The architecture responds

Pressure-based geometry reacts within the loaded system.

  3. 03Useful wheels participate

Self-levelling movement helps the available wheels stay engaged.

  4. 04The track carries the work

Shared wheel contact transfers the panel load into the running surface.

WHEEL TECHNOLOGIES

The architecture carries.
The wheel defines the feel.

Standard is the proven starting point. On-ICE focuses on operating force. Silent Steel separates the load-bearing and guidance jobs to manage demanding track contact.

FOR ARCHITECTS & HOMEOWNERS

A better door is
measured at the handle.

The roller is hidden, but its effect is not. Operating force, sound and long-term movement shape how a sliding door feels every day.

TWO JOBS · ONE DOOR EXPERIENCE

Move well.
Arrive well.

MOR manages how the panel carries and rolls. KINETICLOSE takes over through the final movement, damping the close for a quieter, more controlled arrival.

For compatible sliding-door systems and subject to technical review.

MOR LEARNING CENTRE

See the motion.
Understand the engineering.

Fifteen filterable MOR, VOLTA, SUMO and Slide & Fold videos sit alongside one substantial MOR brand story and clear pathways into the engineering topics that matter.
